Referral sources
Identify where referrals actually arrive today and which sources can be connected safely. Klyniq does not assume every fax, portal, or EHR is already integrated.
Exploring workflow · not in standard pilot
Referral completion is an exploration direction, not a standard Klyniq offering today. The channels, required information, scheduling rules, system access, and staff handoffs would need separate customer validation before production automation.
How Klyniq works
Identify where referrals actually arrive today and which sources can be connected safely. Klyniq does not assume every fax, portal, or EHR is already integrated.
Define which fields must be present before the workflow can progress and what happens when something is missing.
Specify approved channels, timing, wording, consent requirements, and when outreach should stop or move to staff.
If booking is part of the workflow, use approved appointment mappings, live availability, explicit confirmation, and recorded outcomes.
Clinical questions, unclear referrals, unsupported insurance questions, and other exceptions need an explicit staff path.
Define what success means before launch — for example time to first response, completed handoff, or confirmed appointment — then review the workflow against that outcome.
