For a configured practice it can handle website inquiries, answer from approved practice knowledge, understand administrative intent, collect approved basic information, route the visitor, check live scheduling availability, require explicit confirmation, create an approved appointment, and hand off unsupported or clinical matters to staff. Exact capabilities depend on the workflow and integrations the practice has approved.

No. Klyniq is for administrative workflows. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, interpret symptoms or labs, decide clinical eligibility, or replace a healthcare professional. Clinical questions are routed to the practice.

The current commercial focus is managed patient access with configured scheduling and staff handoff. Other administrative workflows remain separate discovery and validation areas and should not be assumed available unless they are explicitly scoped, tested, and approved for a specific deployment.

Consequential actions are constrained by server-side policy, tenant-bound integrations, explicit confirmation where required, and human escalation. The language model is not treated as the source of authority.

The initial workflow-fit check is no charge. For the first 1–3 paying design partners, activation is $750 one time and managed operation of the first bounded patient-access workflow is $299 per month, with that monthly rate locked for 12 months. Initial checkout is $1,049 because it combines activation and the first month. Service remains month-to-month. Additional workflows, high-volume or multi-location deployments, third-party platform fees, and custom native integrations are quoted in writing before activation. Payment does not grant workflow authority.
