Klyniq is an administrative system
Klyniq helps healthcare practices automate administrative work such as answering general practice questions, collecting non-clinical intake, routing inquiries, checking approved scheduling availability, and creating appointments when a deployment has been authorized to do so.
It does not provide medical advice
Klyniq is not a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, therapist, or other healthcare professional. It must not be relied on for diagnosis, treatment recommendations, prescribing decisions, clinical eligibility, interpretation of symptoms, or emergency triage. Clinical questions should be directed to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Emergencies
Do not use Klyniq for emergencies. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency service immediately.
Practice information and scheduling
Klyniq is configured using information and permissions supplied or approved by the applicable practice. Availability can change. An appointment should be treated as booked only when the scheduling system confirms the booking. If the agent cannot verify a fact or complete an action, it should say so and route the matter to the practice when appropriate.
Human review
Practices decide which workflows may run automatically and which require staff review or approval. Klyniq is designed to support those boundaries; it does not replace the practice's professional, legal, or regulatory responsibilities.
