Specify exactly what event starts the workflow — for example an incomplete inquiry, an upcoming appointment, or an approved client check-in schedule.
Exploring workflow · not in standard pilot
Reminders, follow-up, reactivation, and related outreach remain exploration directions rather than standard Klyniq offerings today. They should be validated separately before we describe them as an operated customer workflow.
How Klyniq works
Specify exactly what event starts the workflow — for example an incomplete inquiry, an upcoming appointment, or an approved client check-in schedule.
Choose the communication channel deliberately. Email, SMS, phone, and social messaging have different integrations, consent rules, costs, and failure modes.
Define what the workflow may say, what it may personalize, and which clinical or commercial claims must never be generated.
Set limits for number of attempts, opt-outs, successful completion, and situations where continued outreach would be inappropriate.
Replies that require judgment, clinical input, billing review, or another unsupported action move to staff with context.
Measure whether the workflow actually improves the target outcome before expanding volume or adding another automation.
