Get Klyniq ready for real work

A practical path from first sign-in to a bounded, verified workflow without giving an agent more authority than it needs.

The operating model

Klyniq is designed around owned administrative outcomes rather than open-ended chat. A workflow has an authenticated practice context, explicit authority, a bounded tool set, durable execution records, and a completion or escalation state.

  • Start with one administrative outcome you can describe clearly.
  • Connect only the systems needed for that outcome.
  • Keep write authority narrower than read authority.
  • Require evidence before treating external work as complete.
  • Escalate unresolved or ambiguous work instead of guessing.

Bring the first workflow online

  1. Sign in and select the practice you are operating.
  2. Describe the outcome, inputs, boundaries, and situations that require human attention.
  3. Connect the required scheduling, communication, or knowledge source.
  4. Verify the integration in read-only mode before enabling side effects.
  5. Review the proposed authority boundary and confirm what may run automatically versus what needs approval.
  6. Run a controlled test with non-sensitive test data where possible.
  7. Confirm the result in the authoritative external system before considering the workflow live.

Use the evidence ladder

Klyniq documentation and operations distinguish evidence levels so teams do not collapse source code and production reality into the same claim.

  • Implemented — the behavior exists in source.
  • Tested — the behavior has passed an automated or controlled test.
  • Deployed — the relevant source is present in the target environment.
  • Configured — required provider and tenant bindings are present.
  • Verified — the authoritative system confirms the intended result.
