Why this matters
Agentic systems can look finished before the external world has actually changed. Klyniq therefore separates intent, execution, and proof. Operators should be able to tell where a workflow is on that path instead of inferring success from conversational confidence.
The five evidence levels
- Implemented — source code for the behavior exists.
- Tested — controlled validation has exercised the behavior.
- Deployed — the relevant version is present in the target runtime.
- Configured — tenant and provider bindings required by that behavior are active.
- Verified — the authoritative system confirms the expected outcome.
When work becomes Attention
- The requested action exceeds the approved authority boundary.
- Required information is missing or contradictory.
- A provider call succeeds ambiguously and cannot be verified.
- A retry could create a duplicate real-world side effect.
- The external system is unavailable long enough that a human decision is safer.
